1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorldFans (worldfans.social), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use WorldFans, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Complete World ID verification (ORB level)
  • Have access to a World App wallet
  • Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

3. World ID Verification

WorldFans requires World ID verification to ensure all users are unique humans. By verifying, you confirm that:

  • You are a real, unique human being
  • You will not create multiple accounts
  • You understand World ID is provided by Tools for Humanity / Worldcoin

4. WLD Payments and Revenue Share

WorldFans facilitates WLD micropayments between users. By using payment features, you acknowledge:

  • 95/5 Split: Creators receive 95% of all payments; 5% is the protocol fee
  • Irreversible: All WLD transactions are final and cannot be reversed
  • No Chargebacks: Unlike traditional payments, crypto transactions cannot be charged back
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for your wallet security and transaction accuracy
  • Not an Exchange: WorldFans is not a cryptocurrency exchange or financial service

5. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for all content you post. Prohibited content includes:

  • Illegal content in your jurisdiction
  • Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Impersonation of others
  • Spam, scams, or fraudulent schemes
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights

Adult content (18+) is permitted but must be properly marked and comply with all applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant WorldFans a license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You may delete your content at any time.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your content will be removed, but on-chain transactions remain on the blockchain.

8. Disclaimers

WorldFans is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of WLD or other cryptocurrencies
  • Wallet security breaches
  • Smart contract failures
  • Network congestion or downtime
  • Content posted by users
  • Fluctuations in cryptocurrency value

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldFans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
